Our Story A Kingston Tradition Since 1988
Since 1988, Pasta Genova has been more than a shop. Founded by Virgil Allergrini, it brought the flavors of Genova, Italy to Kingston becoming a place where families gather, Queen’s and RMC students find comfort, and neighbors enjoy food made with care.
In 2026, our family Aaron & Julie Dyck, our children Ryan, Aidan, and Adelaide, and grandma Shauna became the next chapter of Pasta Genova. Kingston has been our home since 2001, and after more than 20 years as loyal customers, we’re now proudly behind the counter, rolling pasta, baking focaccia, and welcoming everyone just as Virgil did.
